1. Introduction

GET DUNS BD ("we", "our", "us") is a business compliance and registration facilitation service operated under Skylon-IT. We assist clients in preparing and submitting applications for services such as DUNS, BIN, TIN, Trade License, and Google Play Console.

Important: GET DUNS BD is NOT a DUNS issuing authority. DUNS numbers are issued solely by Dun & Bradstreet. We only facilitate registration and verification on behalf of clients.

2. Information We Collect

• Business Information (name, address, nature of business)
• Personal Identification (NID, Passport, or equivalent)
• Contact Information (phone, email)
• Payment Information (transaction details only)
• Supporting Documents required for registration processes

3. Purpose of Data Collection

• Processing DUNS, BIN, TIN, and Trade License applications
• Google Play Console account setup
• Verification and compliance alignment
• Client communication and service updates
• Internal tracking and service management

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent data. Information may only be shared with:

• Government authorities (BIN/TIN/Trade License)
• Dun & Bradstreet (for DUNS processing)
• Google (for Play Console setup)

5. Data Security

All client data is handled through secured systems and restricted access environments. We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect information.

6. Data Ownership

After service completion, the client retains full ownership of all data including DUNS, accounts, and related information. We do not reuse, resell, or claim ownership of client data.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained only for operational and compliance purposes. Sensitive data is not stored longer than necessary.

8. Confidentiality

We ensure that no sensitive client data is disclosed, leaked, or reused outside the agreed service scope.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
