1. Service Nature

GET DUNS BD provides registration facilitation and compliance support services. We do not issue DUNS numbers or act as a government authority.

DUNS Disclaimer: DUNS numbers are issued exclusively by Dun & Bradstreet. We only assist clients in preparing and submitting applications.

2. Service Scope

• DUNS registration assistance
• BIN and TIN registration
• Trade License processing
• Google Play Console account setup

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided but may vary due to:

• Third-party processing delays
• Technical issues
• Incomplete or incorrect client data
• Dependency on previous service steps

Any variation will be considered accepted with mutual understanding.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit documents on time
• Use services for lawful purposes only

5. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required to start any project
• All advance payments are strictly non-refundable
• Once the project is started, no refund will be provided under any condition
• After successful delivery, all payments are final and non-refundable
• Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension

6. Service Completion

A project is considered completed when:

• Service has been delivered
• Client receives access or documents
• Final payment is completed

7. Ownership & Handover

After delivery:

• Client retains full ownership of all data and accounts
• GET DUNS BD retains no ownership rights
• No data will be reused in any form

8. Liability Limitation

GET DUNS BD and Skylon-IT shall not be held responsible for:

• Any misuse after service delivery
• Illegal or unauthorized activities by the client
• Account suspension due to client actions

9. Organization Structure

GET DUNS BD operates as a subsidiary of Skylon-IT. All services and operations are managed and controlled by Skylon-IT.

10. Modifications

Any additional features, updates, or modifications requested after delivery will be treated as a new project and charged separately.

11. Agreement

By using our services, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
